We are the data controller for the personal data described below. We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer, as we are not required to do so.
Technical data. When you load a page, our hosting provider records your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page and the time of the request. This happens for every website and is necessary to serve the page and keep it secure.
Analytics data. If you consent, we use Google Analytics to record which pages you view, how you arrived, roughly where you are located and what device you use. We have configured Google Analytics to shorten IP addresses. We do not use it to identify you personally.
Booking data. If you book a call, you provide your name, email address and any notes you choose to add. Scheduling is handled by Cal.com on our behalf.
Correspondence. If you email us, we hold your address and whatever you write to us, so that we can reply and keep a record of the conversation.
We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16, and we do not collect special category data. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
We set a small number of cookies and similar technologies. Strictly necessary ones — including the one that remembers your cookie choice — are always active because the site cannot work without them. Analytics and marketing cookies are set only if you allow them.
You can change your choice whenever you like: open cookie preferences. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may then behave unexpectedly.
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with providers who process it on our instructions, under a data processing agreement:
We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
Some of the providers above are based in the United States. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, it is protected by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, or by the provider's certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. You can ask us for details of the safeguards in place for any specific transfer.
You have the right to ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict how we use it, to receive it in a portable format, and to object to processing we carry out on the basis of legitimate interest. Where processing rests on consent, you can withdraw it at any time — this does not affect anything done before you withdrew.
Write to hello@nitido.design and we will respond within one month.
If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you can complain to the Italian supervisory authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali. Visitors in the United Kingdom may instead complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Where the change is significant, we will ask for your consent again.
We use cookies to understand how the site is used. Analytics stay off until you agree.
Choose what we're allowed to measure. You can change this at any time from the footer.
