Italians Code It Better is a custom software studio. It works with SaaS scale-ups, established companies and post-seed startups, shipping on two-week sprints with a demo every fourteen days.
Dev shops have a specific website problem: they all say the same things. Custom software, tailored solutions, agile methodology, passionate team. A buyer comparing four studios reads four identical pages and picks on price, which is the worst possible ground for this business to compete on.
The real differentiator was in how ICIB works, not in what it calls itself. Clients who get value from them are not looking for someone to write code — they are looking for someone who will help decide what should be built, in what order, and on what foundations. That is a consulting proposition wearing a development studio's clothes, and the old site did not say it.
There was a credibility sequencing problem too. Technical buyers leave fast if the first screen is a stock illustration and a mission statement. Whatever proof existed had to be above the fold, not three scrolls down.
We led with service architecture, not adjectives. The site is organized the way the work is: by the kind of problem a client arrives with. Scale-up SaaS under growth pressure, internal company software, post-seed startups building a first real product. A visitor recognizes their own situation on the homepage.
We put technical credibility above the fold. The sprint cadence, the demo-every-fourteen-days commitment and the client logos sit in the first screen. The claim a buyer needs to believe — that this studio ships predictably — is the first thing they see, not the reward for scrolling.
We wrote it as a product, not a brochure. Clear service definitions, an explicit method, and a short path from the homepage to a scoped conversation. No contact form at the end of a funnel: the conversation is reachable from anywhere.
We used a startup-native visual language. The audience is founders and CTOs; the site reads like the tools they already use, not like an enterprise services vendor.
We kept the build light. Fast pages, minimal weight. A software studio with a slow website loses the argument before it starts.
+46% qualified inbound leads per month.
The gain came from qualification, not volume alone. Because the site sorts visitors by the problem they arrive with before the contact step, the conversations that start are already scoped closer to what the studio actually sells, and the sprint cadence has been agreed before the first call rather than explained during it.
